* Exercise kept cavemen slimWell, plenty of our major holidays are history, winter wanes, and for a many of us, New Years Resolutions are swept away like so much holiday confetti.
So what? Its still early in the year. We have plenty of time to get in shape for spring and then swimsuit season. So lets buck up and move ahead.
* A concentration breakfastHey, want to assure greater concentration after breakfast especially if you are scheduled to take a test or have an important business meeting? Here’s a perfect breakfast.
Eat a couple of eggs for their protein and choline which both improve concentration. A little bran cereal will give you brain boosting zinc. Finally, a cup of coffee provides caffeine that will rev you for a couple of hours and antioxidants that are also good for thinking. Now go get ’em!
* Easy test for dehydrationOne of the Healthy World websites deals with the importance of healthy water. One of its main concerns is on the effects of dehydration on us.
Well there is one easy and quick test to see whether you might be somewhat dehydrated.
Just pinch your skin on top of your hand and see if it springs back to normal right right afterward. If after pinch, it remains raised and discolored, it may mean you are dehydrated. Healthy hydrated skin should snap right back to normal.

Healthy Water * Pickled peppers block fatsYep. If you pickle hot peppers, both the vinegar and the capsaicin in the pepper help block fat from entering your system.
I would have some before and with high fat meals.
* Wearing insolesIn a recent Healthy World Digest, I suggested you never knock around in your walking or running shoes. Messes up the cushioning.
Another tip is to wear insoles for any shoes you walk or run in.
I place anywhere from 2 to 3 insoles in my shoes for extra cushioning. Frankly, I get the Dollar Store brand rather than the expensive Dr Scholl’s because I believe that 2 dollars worth of cheap insoles is a better bargain than expensive brands costing $10 or more. Look, just call me El Cheapo.
* Anti cancer herbal extractGrapeseed extract contains numerous powerful antioxidants believed to reduce the risk of many cancers. Purchase a high quality product and take as directed.

cancer herbs * Great, easy supplement for constipationMagnesium. Just some humble magnesium, convenient, cheap should help with constipation.
Makes sense to me. I vividly recall my mom downing a whole bottle of milk of magnesia and being “busy” for the next day or so.
As an added bonus, magnesium lends you lots of other health benefits especially for heart and bone health.

herbs for constipation* Dealing with problems with butt fatThe bane of so many women in the “1st world” - why is it so hard to get rid of? Simply put, your butt gets less blood flow and so is much harder to melt away fat from there than the jiggly belly fat.
Luckily, when it comes to health, fat around the hips and butt is much less of a health concern than fat that is centered around the torso. That’s because upper body fat surrounds vital organs while butt fat just makes too many women self-conscious.
But frankly, much of the pear shape effect cannot be undone, especially by women. But most of the problem is simple perception.
A recent Dr. Oz show featured a segment on this issue and the women who volunteered to present their butt fat (in jeans, of course) were, in no way, too fat around that area. They were just shapely but appeared self-conscious about being normal.
Look, most women aren’t designed to have the small buttocks of swimsuit models. If you are healthy, of normal weight, are active, be what you are.
* Tension, fatigue remedy Pulling hair mildly, generates blood flow which tends to reduce tension and fatigue. I also recall reading a book as a teen that suggested slight hair tugs stave off thinning. Who knows?
* Exercise kept cavemen slimBecause it sure ain’t because of their diets.
Our cavemen ancestors in fact ate much more than we do, approximately 3,000 calories daily.
We now eat less than our ancestors did but are fatter. Much fatter. In fact, we are much fatter than we were only a few decades ago. What’s the reason? The key?
Exercise. For the most part we simply aren’t as physically active as we used to be. We don’t have to be because of life’s conveniences. So we have to exercise.
Judging from the research, we’re not exercising enough.
