Here are some safe rapid weight loss tips that everyone can take advantage of to lose the weight with minimal effort. so, whether you are trying to lose the weight for the long term or if you are trying to lose some weight before a reunion, these tips are easy and will have you looking great in no time.

1. Before you do anything in the morning you should quickly drink a tall glass of water. This wakes up your metabolism and will fill your stomach up a little, leaving less room for food.

2. Drink plenty of water periodically throughout the day. Ideally, you should drink between 10-12 eight ounce glasses a day.

3. Eat more organic foods. For breakfast you should have something like organic yogurt, apples or bananas.

4. Buy yourself a watch with a timer on it. Use it when you go for a walk or do any type of exercising. If you have decided you will be walking or exercising for one hour, time yourself and do not give in.

5. Do not skip any meals. You should eat smaller portions more frequently throughout the day.

* The last meal of the day should be eaten at least 4 hours before you go to bed.

* Cut back on the size meals you eat. Portion is key to losing weight fast.

* Chew your food about 20 times or more per bite. This aids in digestion and will keep you from overeating.

* Keep your meals off the table. Instead leave them on the stove or a counter top. This way if you feel you need more you have to actually get up to get it.

6. Don't eat until you are full. Instead only eat until you are no longer hungry.

Although it really is not necessary to count calories, it is necessary to watch the foods you eat. Be aware of the ingredients in your foods before you eat them. Safe rapid weight loss can be achieved with minimal lifestyle changes and a decent exercise routine. There is no need for the diet pills that are on the market, you can safely lose the weight you desire quickly with a little effort on your part.
