Home remedies for rosaceaMore herbs for rosacea Best supplements for rosacea * Memory supplementsMagnesium and calcium help short & long term memory. They seem to help strengthen nerve connections which leads to better memory.
Oh, and as an added bonus, they normalize blood pressure and improve heart functioning. Both calcium and magnesium are super important supplements especially for seniors or active people.

Ginger tea helps manage migraines by blocking prostaglandins that trigger them. Tastes great too. Get fresh ginger root and steep in hot water for 10 minutes.

Ginseng tea boosts libido, acts like a mild Viagra for men & women.
Ginger and ginseng would be great as a combo. When you’re looking slimmer, feel no headache, it would just take a little ginseng, and, well, who knows?
* Bone less and canola oilCanola oil has been shown to improve bone density. That makes it a very valuable weapon against osteoporosis.
I only cook with canola oil because many other oils are better as additions and enhancers for salads, cooked vegetables and soups. For them, I prefer olive, macadamia or walnut oils.

Herbs for osteoporosisExercise for osteoporosis* Dr Oz deals with water contaminationA Dr. Oz show titled, “Is your water causing you cancer?” broadcast on February 15, 2011, explored some of what Healthy Water has been on for a few years now.
Briefly it went over the problems with tap water being contaminated, especially with chromium-6, lead, arsenic and perchlorate (rocket fuel). In addition, Dr. Oz went into the problems with bottled water, an issue Healthy Water has also dealt with.
Yes, the situation is bad and as the rest of the world marches towards greater industrialization, water contamination is much more likely to get worse.

Frankly, while we might eat right, exercise religiously and take in high quality, healthy natural herbs, and supplements, drinking contaminated water would undo the benefits that living an otherwise healthy lifestyle confers. Makes sense, no?
* What do you do after a BM?Uh, ok, how best to ask this?
After you do the #2, you do wash up either the French way or, like civilized people I know, with moist towelettes, right?
You don’t honestly wipe with toilet tissue and c’est la vie, right? No way, because you do know that, that doesn’t do the job? Because a tissue wipe leaves much behind and spreads germs around? Right?
You do, at the very least, use baby wipes, preferably natural and unchlorinated, huh? Just as I thought.
